Chocoffee Ganache with Maggi Noodles Recipe – Indulgence at its best
Chocoffee Ganache with Maggi Atta Noodles is an incredibly simple recipe to make. It is lusciously delicious. Ganache is a mixture of molten chocolate, cream and flavouring that can eaten just like that or used as a filling, frosting and glaze for other desserts. This crunchy one is meant to be eaten just like that for sheer indulgence.
I have an invitation to a party tonight. The food theme of the party is maggi noodles. Noodles of different types that we will make and eat. Good old Maggi and several different styles. Splendid. As we were talking maggi noodles, I decided to do a dessert. A chocolate and coffee ganache with maggi atta noodles that would be served as a decadent dessert post the savory course. I had some Turkish bitter chocolate lying with me which came in handy. since, I wanted to blend in some coffee some Turkish coffee came in handy as well. The recipe so conjured up, I got down to work and this is what happened.
Note: You can use any flavorings for the ganache that you wish. Orange zest, cinnamon go very well. Use a good quality bitter chocolate. You can use instant coffee if you do not have ground coffee beans to brew. Add the noodles at the end. We don’t want them to cook through. Be creative and it’ll show in the end result.

Process to make Chocoffee Ganache with Maggi Noodles Recipe
- Get the double boiler going. And break the chocolate into it.
- Once the chocolate is melted, add the shot of coffee and mix well.
- Next add butter and cream and mix well till totally incorporated.
- Add honey and mix well till the mixture is silky smooth.
- Break down Maggi atta noodles into really small pieces.
- Add to the lovely ganache and coat well.
- Remove from the double boiler and ladle into shot glasses.
- Refrigerate to set and serve cold.

चोक्लेट और कॉफ़ी गनाश बनाने की विधि।
- सारी समग्री एकत्रित कर लें और डबल बोईलेर सेट कर लें।
- चोक्लेट को तोड़ कर डबल बोईलेर में डाल लें।यह जल्दी ही पिघलने लग जाएगी।
- जैसे चोक्लेट पिघल जाए, इसमें कॉफ़ी की शॉट डाल लें।
- अब मखन और क्रीम डाल कर अच्छे से मिला लें।
- अब शहेद डाल कर अच्छे से मिला लें।
- मैगी आटा नूडलेस को छोटा तोड़ लें और गनाश में डाल लें।
- अच्छे से मिला लें और डबल बोईलेर से उतार लें।
- अब गनाश को शॉट ग्लास में परोस कर फ़्रिज में ठंडा कर लें।
- ठंडा होने पर इस डेज़र्ट को एंजोय करें।
