The notice clearly mentions that High Tension Line is passing over High School Site at Sector-38 & High School Site at Sector-47 & these will be auctioned AS IT IS WHERE IT IS BASIS. Moreover no claim regarding removal of HT Lines will be entertained by HUDA and NO Court Case on same shall be filled by bidder on this matter.
