Overloaded with the goodness and rich flavour of fresh Coconut. The best thing to gorge on is a coconut ice cream on a rainy day.
If you are a fan of natural tender Coconut Ice Cream, well then here’s the good news – you can easily make it at home! A super simple recipe which can be made without an ice cream maker and is a breeze to put together.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Freezing Time: 08 hours

Ingredients and Quantity:
- Full-fat Coconut milk, chilled- 1 ½ cup
- Coconut Cream, chilled- ½ cup
- Coconut, peeled and finely chopped/flaked- 1/4th cup
- Organic Sugar- 1/4th cup
- Sea Salt- a pinch
Method:
- Stir full-fat coconut milk, coconut cream, chopped coconut, sugar and salt in a glass bowl.
- If you have an ice cream maker, simply transfer the mixture to your ice cream maker and churn at the lowest speed for 15 to 20 minutes.
- If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can freeze the mixture in ice cube trays, and then blend the frozen ice cubes in a high-speed blender. Transfer to an air-tight container and freeze it for 08 hours.
- Serve Chilled garnished with fresh mint leaves.
Chef Tips:
- Ensure that you use full-fat coconut milk, as it gives great volume to the ice-cream.
- You may skip adding the sugar and add organic honey.
