  1. केले को काट लें और अदरक को कद्दूकस कर लें।

  2. आब सारी सामग्री को मिक्सी में डाल लें।

  3. तेज़ पे चला लें जब तक सारी सामग्री अच्चे से घुलमिल जाए।

  4. ग्लास में परोस कर केले और अदरक की समूथी को पी कर इसका आनंद लें।
