Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo to not release in Hindi

We were FIRST and EXCLUSIVE on Allu Aravind’s secret trip to Mumbai to stop the Hindi dubbed version of Allu Arjun starrer ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ from releasing in theatres on January 26, 2022. The film, which also stars Pooja Hegde and Tabu, was a blockbuster at the box-office.
The Kartik Aaryan starrer ‘Shehzada’ (with Kriti Sanon opposite him) is the official Hindi remake of ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’, which Allu Aravind is co-producing with Bhushan Kumar and Aman Gill. Allu Aravind wanted ‘Shehzada’ to be the only Hindi version of ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’. So yeah, as we’d told you, he met Manish Girish Shah on Tuesday and Wednesday. Press on the link below if you missed the earlier story.

The latest coming in from Team Allu Aravind’s team to us is that their boss has prevailed over Manish Girish Shah and even flown back to his hometown in the South. And, this is official and final.
FYI, Allu Aravind had initially sold the dubbing rights for a theatrical release to Manish Girish Shah and the decision was taken mutually.
