Sonam shuts pregnancy rumours with latest pic

Sonam Kapoor returned to India a week ago and had an emotional moment at the airport as her father, Anil Kapoor came to receive her. Soon after her arrival, pictures of the actress went viral on social media with fans speculating that the actress is pregnant. Sonam has also been spotted multiple times across the city and congratulatory messages continued to pour in. However, shutting all pregnancy rumours, Sonam Kapoor shared an Instagram story about period pains.

Dressed in a black and white maxi dress, the actress revealed that she was having a hard time on the first day of period. Sonam wrote, “Hot water bottle and ginger tea for first day of my period.”
Sonam Kapoor has returned to India after nearly a year. When lockdown norms had eased in the country, the actress had taken off to London with husband Anand Ahuja. While in London, Sonam also started work on her next movie. The actress has wrapped the shoot of ‘Blind’, a thriller which is directed by Shome Makhija. This film narrates the story of a blind police officer who is in search of a serial killer. ‘Blind’ went on floors in December 2020 in Glasgow, Scotland and the shoot was completed in a start-to-end schedule that lasted 39 days. The film is produced by Sujoy Ghosh , who was also present in the Scottish city during its shoot.Speaking about the film, Sujoy had previously told ETimes, “It’s a challenging role but Sonam is doing it well; Shome has been working with her diligently. She has worked hard with a coach hired by us, to understand the nuances of playing blind.”
