Aryan Khan has finally got bail in the drugs case and he received the news at the Arthur Road jail. Shah Rukh Khan’s team of lawyers are working towards getting Aryan home today itself. Meanwhile, a report on India Today revealed that when Aryan was informed about him being granted bail at 6pm in the jail, he was very happy to hear the news. Reportedly, after hearing the news, Aryan promised to help families of some prisoners in his barrack, who he had got acquainted to in the past few weeks. The report quoted a source as stating that Aryan assured he would help a few prisoner’s families with their daily work and extend financial support.
Soon after Aryan Khan received bail, Shah Rukh Khan’s legal team met with the actor and posed for happy pictures. In a statement they shared, “Aryan Shah Rukh Khan has ultimately been released on bail by the HC. No possession, No Evidence, No Consumption, No Conspiracy, Right from the First Moment when he was detained on 2nd Oct 2021 …. Nor is there anything as of now.”

Speaking about Aryan’s release today, advocate Satish Maneshinde, who represented the star son in drugs-on-cruise case told ANI, “We’re expecting to receive orders of HC from HC registry today evening. As soon as we get the orders we’ll produce it in Spl NDPS court for completing other formalities & get release orders for Aryan Khan. We expect Aryan to be out of jail in the evening today itself.”

Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3 after drugs were seized by the Narcotics Control Bureau on a cruise party that he was attending. He was lodged at the Arthur Road jail and SRK had sent Rs 4500 for Aryan’s canteen expenses. On October 21, SRK had visited Aryan Khan in jail and the father-son duo reportedly had an emotional meeting. Aryan was represented by Mukul Rohatgi in the HC, who had flown down from London for the hearing. A detailed order assigning reasons will be pronounced today. Once the order copy is out, Aryan Khan’s legal team will complete the formalities for his release.
