Kundra’s employees asked to delete porn clips

Earlier, it was reported that four employees of Raj Kundra’s Viaan industries have turned into key witnesses in the ongoing pornography case. Now, according to a new report, those employees were asked to delete obscene clips from Hotshots. It is the same controversial application that police believed was used to stream pornographic content.
These four employees will reportedly be confronted by the officials in the presence of Raj Kundra. Now, an employee of the Intelligence Bureau (IB) is also reportedly found to be an accomplice in the case. However, an official clarity regarding these claims from the Crime Branch is yet awaited.

After Raj’s police custody was extended, his lawyer Subhash Jadhav stated they will move to High Court for bail. Calling his arrest “illegal”, he said, “Raj Kundra’s arrest is illegal. There is not a single video which can be called pornographic. A 4000 page charge sheet has been filed but the police were not even able to point out any sexually explicit act in the video which demonstrated illegality under section 67a. Rest of the section applied are bailable. The Supreme Court had earlier released Munawar Farooqui on the same grounds.”

Shilpa Shetty had also reportedly defended her husband by calling the content on the app, ‘erotica’ and not ‘porn’. The actress also added that nowadays, similar content is available on the various OTT platforms and in fact, some are more obscene than what is available on Hotshot.

Raj has been named as the key perpetrator in the alleged creation and publication of adult films through digital applications. He was first arrested in the case on July 19.
