Chitrangda gets a call from Go Air: Investigation begins
Chitrangda Singh’s tweet, complaining that four Go Air airhostesses – Riku Singh, Jamie, Meenal, Christopher – on her F391 flight from Mumbai to Delhi this morning were extremely rude to her co-passenger, has caught fire. ETimes has it that Go Air, which is now called Go First, has taken action to get to the bottom the matter and an inquiry has been initiated in the matter.
When contacted, Go First spokesperson said, “The matter is under investigation. Depending on the findings of the probe, it shall be decided. But we have a Zero Tolerance Policy in such matters.”
Zero Tolerance if the airhostesses are found guilty, right? “Yes,” the spokesperson quipped.
This implies that Go First got in touch with Chitrangda to know her grievance, after she had tweeted. The Go First spokesperson replied in the affirmative.
Have the airhostesses in question been debarred from flying until the findings are out? “I reiterate that we are looking into the matter,” the spokesperson replied.
Rewind. Chitrangda had fired two posts from her social media, in no uncertain terms, calling the airhostesses as not just rude but high-handed, arrogant and worst too. Read below:
Let’s wait and watch what the probe concludes upon. It shouldn’t be long before we know.
