SSR’s house helps summoned by NCB

Looks like the investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death and consequent drug case has intensified. SSR’s house help Neeraj and cook Keshav Bachner are currently being questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The two were summoned a day after the arrest of Siddharth Pithani in the Sushant Singh Rajput drug case.
When asked if the fresh action from the NCB was a result of the interrogation of Siddharth Pithani who is under arrest, NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede refused to divulge any information and revealed, “They are being questioned and I cannot reveal anything as the investigation is at a sensitive stage.”

Reportedly, both Keshav and Neeraj were with SSR at the time of his death. Neeraj in a statement to the Mumbai Police had said that he had rolled joints for the actor and had found the box empty after he found the actor dead in his bedroom.

SSR passed away on June 14 last year and the subsequent investigation by the police and other judicial authorities has been going on for the past year. There’s still a lot of speculation around this case, with Sushant’s family pursuing multiple cases in court. Their lawyer Vikas Singh had recently revealed that the family has also sought an injunction from the court in a case against filmmakers trying to make a film on SSR’s life.
