Salman summoned to court for misbehaving

Amid several court cases, with the 1998 blackbuck poaching case, still ongoing, Bollywood actor Salman Khan faces another fresh legal battle.
On Tuesday, ANI reported that Salman has allegedly misbehaved with a journalist, for which the Andheri Magistrate Court has summoned him. He has been asked to appear in court on April 5 in a 2019 case filed by a journalist Ashok Pandey. Salman has been charged under IPC sections 504 and 506.
ANI’s official tweet read, “Mumbai | Andheri Magistrate Court summons Salman Khan to appear on April 5 in a 2019 case filed by a journalist Ashok Pandey for allegedly misbehaving with him. Court has summoned the actor for offenses under IPC sections 504 and 506”

On the other hand, The Rajasthan High Court on Monday granted permission to transfer two petitions from the Jodhpur District and Sessions court with respect to the 1998 blackbuck poaching case Hearing of these two petitions will now take place in the high court along with the one already pending before it.

Reportedly, Khan had moved a petition in the high court seeking transfer of these two petitions to it so that all the three cases are heard at one place. Credit Source – https://ift.tt/RTMmign
