Two nominated members dismissed by Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee

AMBALA: The executive of Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (HSGMC) held a virtual meeting on Saturday and decided to dismiss membership of two nominated members of the Haryana Gurdwara body.
HSGMC secretary Sarabjit Singh said that two nominated members of HSGMC including Apar Singh Kishangarh and Didar Singh Nalvi have been dismissed.
“Recently, Apar Singh Kishangarh was arrested by the Kurukshetra anti-narcotic cell after registering a case of NDPS Act against him following recovery from his possession. It is highly unfortunate that narcotic substance was recovered from the possession of a member of the Gurdwara body and it is highly condemnable”, said Sarabjit Singh. He added that the HSGMC executive has dismissed the membership of Apar Singh till he comes out clean from the allegations of narcotic recovery from his possession.
About the dismissal of Didar Singh Nalvi, who is nominated member of HSGMC since 2014, Sarabjit Singh said, “A notice was issued to Didar Singh Nalvi for his misleading propaganda among the Sikh community of Haryana to break up HSGMC, in connivance with Badals. Nalvi did not give a satisfactory reply. Therefore, his membership was also dismissed by the HSGMC Executive.”
HSGMC Executive members who attended the virtual meeting included HSGMC President Baljit Singh Daduwal, senior vice president Karnail Singh Nimnabad, vice president Swaran Singh Ratia, general secretary Jasbir Singh Bhati, joint secretary Advocate Chandeep Singh, and six executive members including Amrinder Singh Arora, Gurcharan Singh Cheemo, Satpal Singh Ramgarhia Pehowa, Sartaj Singh Singhrha, Harbhajan Singh Rathore, and Nirvair Singh Anta.
