Gurugram sees 60 new Covid cases, positivity rate at 1.4% now

GURUGRAM: The city on Sunday reported 60 new Covid-19 cases with a marginal increase in positivity rate from the day before, according to the health department.
The positivity rate was recorded at 1.48% on Sunday. It was 1.12% on Saturday.
At present, two Covid-19 patients are in hospitals and the remaining 363 patients are in home isolation.
Gurgaon saw its peak of active Covid cases on January 21 — 25,306 — when states across the country were in the grip of the Omicron wave . Between January 9 and 28, the daily test positivity rate was over 20%.
No new fatalities were reported on Sunday, an official said.
